General workshop is the place where theoretical knowledge is converted into practical experiences and transforms an ordinary student to skilled worker, using a variety of hand tools as well as various machine tools with advanced technology under the guidance of skilled and experienced trainers.Every engineer must know about the basic technologies and working of simple machines and hand tools since workmanship is the basic idea of polytechnics. The department has provided excellent infrastructure, advanced technologies and machines along with the service of qualified and experienced trainers and instructors.
